• Male, at least 19 years old
• An Ohio resident for at least one year
• Does not advocate for the overthrow of the government
• Read and write English
• Belief in a Supreme Being (specific religion does not matter)
• Recommended by at least two members of Hoffner lodge
• Lives a good moral and social life
